My wallyworld has at least a dozen different kinds of lights. What brand and model number are you using here? I've bought lights in the past that weren't worth a crap.

These lights were bought at Walmart. They are Platinum Burners Series QH-87CD, 2 1/2" round, steel, chrome and made by http://www.optronicsinc.com

The clamps that I used were Kuryakyn P clams for HD engine guards. I did change out the bolts to hardened with nylon insert nuts to keep it all in place.

All other lights on my Ultra are LED so I'm not concerned with the draw on the electrical system. I also willl turn the spots off when I run these because they are so much more powerful and put out way more light than the spots. The light is also white like daylight.

I'm running the same driving lights on my ride. They are nice and bright. Cost less than the generic brackets I got out of the JP Cycles catalog.

Looks good. I like the way you installed the switches (clean looking).

The switches also came from Wallyworld. They were in the auto electrical isle. They look almost exactly like the HD switches and even have a green LED in them that light up when turned on.

I did drill two holes in the inner fairing for the switches and wired them to the "acc" wire that had the red cap on it under the fairing. That wire, as I understood, was for the HD GPS and it is on a switched circuit. That means that the switches only work when the ignition is on. The switches don't pull enough current to worry about. I ran the ground from the switches to the cig lighter, everything got soldered and shrunk wrapped. I then ran a wire from each switch to a relay, one for the driving lights and one for the heated clothes, which I don't have yet, just wanted it done. Each switch gets their own relay that's wired to the battery with a fuse, again, everything got soldered and shrunk wrapped. If, for some crazy reason, I forget to turn something off, it will go off when I turn the ignition off. It's nice to have the LED switches right up in front of me though to remind me. They are easy to see, even in the bright sun.
