We all have short comings, but not in the same aspects or areas of our life. If I could ride 25K in a year I would probably brag a little about it also. If you told me you ran 25K I would want to know where you went and what you saw! I'm always planning for my next trips! JMO

I love the rides, but don't like the mileage. I know, I know... you can't have one w/o the other. It's just that mileage always costs me money, and it kinda keeps me aware of that. Maybe that's why most of my rides are unplanned, spontaneous, and usually on the little back roads that don't allow me to go anywhere fast. Maybe I should put an hour meter on my bike and brag about that. Nah, I'll just ride and what comes, comes.

Our HOG chapter does the same thing. I care about it so much I never even get my mileage checked. I probably would have a chance of winning this year but really could care less. I kind of wish I had less mileage because mileage cost money, ie parts service tires the usual. It is all about ride and have fun!! Just my 2 cents.
