You may be better off selling your current tour pak and buying a new one. I'm using red hot sunglo to repaint my '04 EG. HD's price for the paint requires the purchase of two colors--one is $129.20 and the other is $81.04 list--so you're in for $200 just in paint. If you get the PPG paint codes, the paint price is actually about the same. And neither includes a clear coat.
And, unless you have a blind riveter, you will probably need to take the lid and bottom to an HD shop for the hinge rivets and lid latch rivets to be installed.
Frankly, I'd just sell the old TP, and buy a new one even if the difference is a $200-$300--and you'll have a perfect paint match--not such an easy thing to do shooting red hot sunglo.
