Obsessive compulsive neurosis: A neurosis characterized by the persistent intrusion of unwanted thoughts, urges, or actions that the individual is unable to stop. Freud thought our scooters were an extension of our male appendage. If you psychoanalyze bikers there is a lot of theory that does apply. All I can say, having a shiny ride that folks give you the thumbs up for beats the heck out of a shiny golf cart. Rub on and Ride on bro!!!

Masterblaster, you live in a great place for riding. I can very much understand your riding habits. Here today, our high is only going to be 32 deeegreess. Also, looking for some ice and snow in the forecast. So, when the weather is bad outside and not safe. I will spend this time detailing the bike. In the spring, summer and fall not as often. I am sure she will be having some dirty moments.

Ride Safe Everybody!!!

Yep, it pays off down the road. The compliments make it worth it

The Shrink don't count. Had a guy at work who is bi-polar and Schizophrenic. He'd get to feeling "cured" now and then and go off his meds at which point he'd end up assaulting co-workers. No big deal except as a side job he owned a gun shop and had permits for automatic weapons. The county government enacted a law to restrict firing of machine guns to legally zoned ranges after neighbors of a building lot he owned had bullet holes in their houses because he was shooting his machine guns into bales of straw as a back stop.

After an assault on a co-worker, I called the BATF to ask how he could possess a Federal Firearms License when he has exhibited this violent behavior and there is a mental illness question on the license application and he see a shrink on a regular basis, the AFT agent said "There's nothing we can do unless he's been adjudicated as a Mental Defective by a Judge. He can be crazy as a loon since birth but it doesn't count until a court says so".
