why would i pay dues to belong to this poser club, its kinda like the stealer ships v. p. club filled with a bunch of newbs that cant make up their minds on how much money they are going to donate to the stealer this year. I got a life so get over it!!!!
I ride with the Aire Valley Chapter U.K.
A fantastic bunch of people to be with, party with and, most importantly, ride and talk Harleys with. O.K,some may be "newbs", some may be posers, some rich, some poor, some pretty, some ugly and some pretty ugly but who cares?
You got a life? good.Enjoy it.
Ride safe,Happy New Year.
Going to renew this Friday night! Not sure what all the hate speach is about. Gave it a year and going to do it again. No "politics" that we can tell. Meetings go like clockwork 1 hour or less. Great dealer support. 33 bikes showed up for our New Years Day ride. (30*degrees) We really enjoy riding by ourselves and really enjoy the group rides. Never any pressure to do Anything. We have all types, sizes and ages. They do long rides, short rides, dinner rides, charity rides - must be about THE RIDE. And all seem pretty skilled riders. No issues yet.
The wife and I joined our local HOG chapter last year after buying our Road King, and it has been one of the best experiances for us. We have been on many chapter rides, meetings, social events.
Now I have owned motorcycles and have been actively riding for about 30 years, so if i'm a poser by belonging to a HOG chapter i'd like to know how?
A REAL poser is the guy in the Harley t-shirt, leather jacket, fingerless gloves, cool shades and heavy black boots that doesn't even own a motorcycle. Anyone that rides is a biker, sorry.
