I think you have that backwards. Going from dual fire (both plugs fire at once) to single fire (each plug fires independently) is what killed the potato potato.

Well, I didn't. Thanks everybody. Now answer me this,,,, are there any rough idle performance cams out there for a stock 96 in. that won't screw with reliability or torque?
