Default Passanger Back Rest

Yesterday I was giving my wife a ride on the new Road King. She is tall, about 5'10" and we found that the detachable backrest pushes her too far forward and makes her uncomfortable. Is their anyway to adjust this or am I going to have to spend a small fortune on a new back rest for her?

These will move her pad back two inches, but I think you will need the rear tour pak mount.
I can't tell for sure, the instructions aren't very understandable.

I had to adjust the passenger foot boards on my Road King before my wife felt comfortable...and she's only 5'-6". You might also give that a try.
