They are using the Jackpots now. The Jackpot looks identical to the Rush and they are using the dyno tuned baffles in them.
I disagree. Although they share the same dimensions, they are a little different. The Jackpots have welded V-shaped exhaust brackets that you have to use a bolt and nut with. The Rushs have welded barrel shaped exhaust hangers with threaded inserts (like the stock mufflers) that you just use a bolt to hang. Also, the chrome quality is better on the Rushs than on the Jackpots.
I've got a pair of Jamie's Modified Rush muffs that I've replaced for styling reasons, not because of looks or performance.
I'm impressed with the quality of the Rush pipes and the finish. I can't compare them to the Jackpots nor do I know why Jamie swithed to them.
By the way, any here can have my Jamie modified Rush slip-ons for shipping costs to the lower 48....There is absolutely nothing wrong with them and I highly reccommend them if you go with the rest of his touring bike power package.
I went with extended Sampson fishtails for styling reasons.
We really like Rush products and we offer the full product line of Rush mufflers with choice of baffles, we will continue to offer Rush mufflers with our tuned baffles by request, and we will still offer our tuned baffles seperately. Because our Jackpot mufflers use our "dyno tuned" baffle configuration it just no longer made sense to offer these baffles with both product lines which was causing confusion between them.
