According to HD, peeing ones underwear is quite common due to the neck snapping acceleration at wide open throttle.
They have just contracted with Depends to replace the "masculine blue stripe" diapers (and the lovely "pink stripe" for females) with a special Screamin Eagle Black and Orange Stripe diaper.
The HD disclaimer states, "These are high performance diapers and are only meant for track use and not on the street. Improper use can result in serious injury or death".
