I would like to find an 09 front cast wheel and put it on my 08 RG w/ABS. I know I would have to get one off of an 09 with ABS. This would be going from a 16 to an 18. I am not going to mess with the back one since you can not see it anyway.
Is this possible, if so what mods would have to be done or would it be an even swap?

You could get one off a non-abs bike and change the bearing. I don't know about the size changes for 09. But the bearing is the only difference in abs and non abs wheels.
