Default Ideal RPMs for 09s?
I have heard that the ideal range to run the 09 engines are at 25 to 3 rpm in all gears. Is that the best for performance, etc? Thanks!!

That is pretty close, depending upon road conditions, incline or flat roads etc. Although 2500 rpm in 6th gear is pretty close to lugging. That said, you will not get a lot of neck snapping performance with those numbers. The 96 in. engine doesn't start percolating real good until around 4000 rpm.
