Just got my 09 Ultra back from having the WO575's installed. Needed longer clutch cable than what is required for H-D Pullback bars, though I'm not sure what we ended up using. Also replaced all the front ABS brake lines. Had to buy a longer upper brake line as the Diamondback upper line listed in the P&A catalog was too short for the 575's. The parts guy ordered the cables from the manufacturer that makes the H-D Diamondbacks, so they look identical. Cost a ton to do it all, but it was worth it. Rode 200 miles yesterday and really could tell the difference. If you want part numbers from my install, let me know.

I have an 07 SG with the WO 575's, the first install I went with a 4" over clutch cable and just used the stock throttle/idle cables and brake line, but the brake line needed to be bent some to work. When I changed over to Magnum black stainless cables I went with 4" over on the clutch and 2" over on the brake line and throttle/idle cables. Works nicely.

I ordered everything through J&P cycles

Go with the advice Wild1 gives you. They do this for a living. Also a lot of the time when you hear that you can get buy with the stock cable and lines they can sometimes be stretched. I have also heard of guys bending the brake line to make it fit. I went with wild1's advice when I installed the 518s on my RKC and it all fit pefectly.

6" over on the clutch works fine. It's an easier, and cheaper, size to find. You don't need to replace the brake line, just straighten it out a bit. This pertains to the W0575's

Here's a step by step install guide for you. It helped me when I did mine.

I'm in the process of changing from stock bars to 575's on my '07 Ultra. There are two different answers; what you can do and what you decide to do. +4" works great for clutch. You can use stock wires, rebent standard brake line and throttle/idle cables. I chose to extend wires to make the connections easier. I also used +2" brake line to match clutch cable. Will be using stock idle/throttle cables but am considering going to +2" to match brake line and clutch cable. All in Black Pearl. If you're having trouble finding cables check out Magnum Shielding in Pittsford NY. They are the company that makes black pearl/sterling chromite/diamond back cables for Harley.

Throttle/idle cables are a really easy install and when all cables match it does make it all look much better. I found the stock ones worked but were a little tight, at 2" over stock they a perfect fit.
