Just installed Arc amp and coaxial speakers (Silver package) last weekend and so far real happy. They are a great improvement from stock and yes, Wayne is a pleasure to deal with.
The setup is very good. It's a bit harder to set up then a "plug and play" system, but not that much. Any "challenges" you run into are more then made up for by the great support that Firecap provides.
In my experience in dealing with Firecap, he also stood behind his product when I blew a speaker. (Most likely through my own goof) He was quick to replace it with no questions asked.
My overall impressions of the system.
Bottom line - It's loud! It's loud enough to make my ears hurt. If I had to "complain" it would be that the sound is a bit more tinny then I care for. I don't think that's a fault of the package. I attribute that more to the 5 1/4" speakers. I intend to run with these speakers for a while but will most likely upgrade them to 6" at a later time. I'm hoping to be able to do this with the same ARC speakers.
ive been following the arc setups since wayne started on here. cant think of anyone that has it that doesnt like it. 1 of the best audio setups on the market and wayne is one of the best. a true BIKER!
My ARC system is great. I went with the seperate tweeter package and it will hurt my ears it gets soo loud but still clear playing. Only regret is I wish I new about the brackets that will let you run the 6.5 speakers in the 5.25 holes because I could really use some more mid-bass.
