WTF?!?!?! Scooter hand wave!!!
I had the most craziest thing today. I was rollin down the road and had 4 scooters coming towards me and all of them gave me the hand down thumb up sign as if they were on some real bike also!!
I was too stunned to do anything but look and continue to roll. I ride an 04 EGC so it was not like they confusesd me for another scooter by any means. Am I over reacting or what?

There is a young kid who rides a dirt bike around the power lines near my house. He lets out a yell and a big wave when he sees me coming on my bike. I always give him a wave. Don't cost anything.

I have a friend that rides a scooter, I am no better than him. That is all he can handle every since he lost one of his legs and has a fake ankle on the other. It is automatic, very light in weight but he still gets to fell the wind in his face and I am proud to ride anywhere with him.
