A little tweaking and MPG has gone way up with no power loss under throttle.
Outa curiosity, where do you have your target AFR's in the cruise range? I've set mine at 14.7 and it's running fine in these cool temps, about 70° today and oil temps stayed at 185°. I may set it down a bit in summer if oil temp doesn't stay civilized. I got 50mpg on a ride on the backroads last week and 40mpg on my last city check. I'm happy with that and don't think the bike can do better.
With no oil cooler I didn't want to go any higher in cruise than 14.5
I'll tweak it a bit more when the cooler is installed. Here is my AFR table that I copied to an excel spreadsheet to track my changes. Will post more on this in my other thread after my dyno run this Saturday.
I really appreciate all of this input. SOunds like I need to save a little more $ and get the kit with Jackpot mufflers. I just wish someone around me had them so I could hear them. I like a nice rumble but not loud and many have described them that way.
Also, does anyone know which AC Fuel Moto uses? Just curious and forget to ask Jamie.

OK finally got it to work...just used screen capture from PCV.
I'll post mine later when I have more time, except my notebook won't do a screen capture, so I'm not sure how I'm gonna post it. Maybe I'll install the software on this desktop, too. My numbers are leaner, 14.7 in the cruise range and leaner around it up to 40% TP, even above 3k RPM. No problems and mileage is excellent. Got 50mpg on a recent ride on the backroads, 40mpg on my last city tank. That's about as good as it gets on this bike. Oil temp was 185° in 70° weather yesterday.
Anyway, DJ recommends not using AT at 0% TP. Are you seeing some weird trim numbers, like big negatives, around 1250 @ 0%? I was getting that so I inserted 0's back in the idle range, with -10's still where they always were before above 3k. Never changed that, just idle.
I'll have to look at the trims when I get home. I put a reduced AFR in those cells becuase I felt the bike heating up at idle a good deal, then it would go into parade mode. Since parade mode is induced when temps exceed 285 (i believe) I figured it best to try and address that while I have no oil cooler. Haven't noticed any idle problems since changing the cells and the bike didn't go into parade mode this weekend. Air temps were a good deal cooler this weekend though and I was in less traffic before...so I'll have to wait to judge the results of the changes.
Once I get my oil cooler and my guage installed I will probably change those areas back to zero's and see what happens. Then I can try leaning out the map again as well.

It's the SE backplate with a K&N filter, along with a recharge kit. You can take a look at it on the FM website.

I didn't have any idle problems either, but had a -35 trim at the 1250 @ 0% position, and my max enleanment was set at 35. I called DynoJet and verified what was in the manual about not using AT at 0%.
Anyway, here is my present Target AFR table:

I'm reserving judgment too 'til summer rolls in, as I may back off a bit.
ICLICK, my fuel tables for this map are below. Remember I have been taking a bit of a different approach than you as I accept my trims at the end of the day. So my trims become a part of the basemap. I have not noticed any negative effects from doing this yet but I am reducing the learning curve to 5% per session. I don't see any major changes in the 0% column, just a bit of richening. My reasoning for this was to try and cool the motor while stuck in traffic. Once I have my cooler I'll probably abandon the 0% column all together and revert to 0's.
What did they tell you about AT in the 0% column? Will this cause any ill effects?
