Do you know what class these amps are? I can't find any info on Google about them!

I just bought the Bazooka speaker and amp package plug and play system designed to plug into the factory head unit. Sounds great and super easy install. Found it on ebay for $399.00 for the amp and pair of speakers free shipping.

+1 for the Road Rage amp! Siggybrain, I've been using the Road Rage Amp for 5yrs now pushing my J&M handlebar speakers. The amp is located in my left side panel. It does not get hot at all!

ZD:

What do you ride now, do you have the stock HK radio?

Here's what I'm in the process of doing right now. LIsted my stock radio on ebay...they sell for about $500.

Take the 500, there's a nice marine grade Kenwood radio that can be had for under 300.
It is a CD player/SAT Radio/Ipod tuner. Bike already has upgraded speakers, but you can get a nice set of 2 way speakers for under 100 bux so you're up to less than 400 if you shop around. That radio puts out 50watss rms..at a much cleaner quality than the stock.

You then would need to buy a PAC SWIX controller to control the radio via your hand controls...right now you're up to about break even if you sell your stock radio (assuming you do have a stock radio!) You can now buy a small 2 channel amp..again, if you're on a budget, look to ebay, buy a refurb..many options here. My friend owns a car audio shop and ALWAYS has take offs from people upgrading their stuff so I have a good outlet to buy and sell used stuff.

You can do everything I stated for under 700 easily (assuming you have some mechanic skills) Which is really only 200 out of pocket if you sell what you have..

Hope that helps!

Hummmmm...........To bad I guess.........I just removed one and shot one into the junk!!!! Yes junk!!! Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money....road rage is the same amp just a different color......Check ebay if you have your heart set on one as they are there for $28 all day long.......

When I woke up I put an Arc in...........I run a biketronics kit, sony deck and 6.5 speakers and it doesnt even come CLOSE to comparing...I would run nothing before buying that junk again........Remember just my .02

Dont know where to start........it was wired wrong for starters.....least compared to the diagram they give you......it runs hot.......all the 30 ga wire the give you with the contectors on them should be the first flag.......my sony deck sounds better, crisper, cleaner with it uninstalled.....There is one in the dumpster here if your close....It is a $28 amp......ya get what ya pay for in electronics and I will NEVER scimp again......especially on an amp......
