Finally got my Glide
Finally got my Street Glide in Black Cherry. I love the bike. No......I really love the bike. I love the ride and handling. I love the look and styling of the SG ....I love everything about it. The only problem I have encountered that others have had is the noisy front brakes. I have put 600 miles on it in a week and only the brakes have given me problems. It hasn't been warm enough here in CT yet to worry about the heat issues so I don't know what will happen with that. I don't know what pipes and download to go with either because there are so many opinions on what works and what doesn't. I'll do some more investigating before investing in the mods. HD got it right with this bike though and I have had "permagrin" since the first ride.......more to come

Where's the pictures? I'm sure you'll keep loving your bike, I do. Go ahead and make a decision on pipes, etc. and see if you like your decision. If not you can always change your mind. I tried three kinds of pipes before I got what I wanted. Ride safe and enjoy!

Congrats on the new bike!!! I have about 600 miles on my Glide and the brakes sing like a church choir. Thee has been a lot of talk about that on here and some solutions have been noted. Enjoy the ride
