For any of the TBW bikes you shouldn't need to worry about setting throttle position. You can not set 100% properly off of a dyno. You can check 0% by getting the bike up to operating temp and plugging into the laptop. At startup throttle position will be around 2 to 4 % then taper down to 0% when the bike warms up. You can set 0% off the dyno if it needs it when you check it.
