At first you will obsess about keeping it spotless all the time, then you will just worry about keeping it clean and obsess about riding it. I think its the same regardless of which color the bike is.
This must be true. I was standing in the dealership trying to work out a deal on a Red Sunglow SG the other day and I watched virtually every customer in the store eventually stop at the Vivid Black SG. The place was full because they had a show going on, so that is a lot of lookers. Most did the same thing, they looked it for a while then asked the dealer for a price.
Something about Vivid Black, but it is a mind set change for me because I was committed to Sunglow Red to save me from the extra work of keeping it up. However, your opinions are starting to sway me to the dark side. Keep them coming.
I could've bought any color, and though I like many of them I couldn't pull away from Black (3rd black bike). It does show dust pretty quick though.
And it really doesn't matter what color you have at first - you'll probably wash them all at the same interval. It's as time goes on and you're not so meticulous when it'll really matter.
If you like the Vivid Black don't let this be an issue - it's soooo damn fast you won't notice it!!!!
