I have one of their dvd's and I like it.
For me, it was worth the money.
The two things that help the most are this forum and the service manual.

I purchased the DVD when I first bought my bike. I found it very helpful to understand how the bike was designed and getting started wrenching on it. I still refer to it from time to time if I want to do something that I haven't done in a while. For me, being able to watch someone work on a bike was more beneficial than just looking at a manual.

I found it to be useful especially for the routine maintenance questions. Much better than trying to follow the maintenance manual.

x2 on that one. Sometimes you just forget tq settings and to be able to fast forward thru it along with the manual A+.

I found it to be helpful. Glad I got it. Refer to it to help give me a visual prior to maintenance & jolt my memory.
