I recently purchased an 09 Ultra. This is my first bike with a fairing. I just purchased a shorty helmet with a J@M intercom system. The sound is great, but I can't get the mike to work. I tried the push to talk button and setting the VOX but nothing works. I did try my wife's helmet, which has the HD set and it works fine. I can hear her but she can't hear me. Is there something I'm missing or is the mic shot? I would of thought the company would of checked it before sending it. Thanks in advance.
