Please remember you are visiting a public forum where the majority is made up of consumers, so there are gonna be times (like this one) when we get to complain. I think if you do a search you will find that Fuelmoto gets nothing but praise from everyone here including myself.

We are entitled to come here and blow off steam, you shouldn't take it so personal. I'm sure as a consumer you have been pissed about a product, service or company and vented about it as I have.

Have a good night.
newdep332, It was simply my intention to state that using these terms with distributors and manufacturers is not usually the best way to get the best service or get an issue resolved. I do respect your opinion and welcome your comments, no offence taken.

From the sound of your previous post I believe you would have been the first to post something about it if you did have knowledge of it. Why would you have knowledge of such an issue....not post about it....and then buy the product yourself???

Sound like I've condemned you without knowing all my facts??? How's it feel?

Huh? StreetGlider again you have no idea when I purchased my PCV and it is really not the issue please see previous post.

This has NOTHING to do with you and I have no issue with you so I am not sure why you are getting on my case.

However; I cant sleep so I do appreciate the company.... Did you get out and ride today? Gonna be 70 here tomorrow cant wait!!!

I have a PCV on my 103" Stage II equipped '09. I bought the PCV from Jamie at Fuelmoto. The bike runs well and I have no complaints except for one. The other day I was in LA's lousy stop-go traffic and the engine went into EITMS as it will often do. Before installing the PCV it worked fine. I would just give it some throttle and the back cylinder would kick in and off I'd go. Now when the rear cylinder is shut down and I go to take off the engine sputters and quits. It did it over and over so I turned EITMS off. I called Fuelmoto this morning and the fellow there told me to call PC and ask them which I did. Their tech told me to have the dealer turn EITMS off. Obviously he doesn't know that the rider can turn it on and off at will. He didn't seem very interested but agreed to take my phone number in case he hears anything about it. I think it's a valuable option and one I'd like to be able to use this summer. Has anyone with a similar setup and warm weather had it work properly?

Marc
Marc...sorry for blowing up your thread man...anyway I hope you find a reasonable resolution to your problem. And please let us know what you find out.

This has the potential to cause serious harm, in-fact some preemptive letters from Attorneys may get their attention. I would think they could fix the problem easy enough if they really cared, guess we will see.

Also I thought Fuelmoto backed this product no questions asked???

Edited for spelling I suck at it.
Are you sure you're not from California?

My bike is a 08 with the PCV installed. I live in SC and we have had a few 80 degree days. I haven't noticed an issue soo far. As a matter of fact the bike runs cooler so I am not sure if it has even gone into parade mode yet. I will follow the thread to see if there are updates.

Im asking this 'cause my owner's manual is in my locker @ work...so ya'll bear with me if ya would.

I understand what EITMS is.....what it does. Is this something "ACTIVATED" @ the factory, is it "Dealer" supplied, or is it something the operator 'turns on'? Is this something the '07s need to be concerned with? I dont remember reading anything bout this....I may have missed it.

Im not hear to 'question' PC V or any of those involved....nor to find a way 'out'. Im quite happy with the way the bike's running. Just wanna know what's going on.

Thanks...
Billy G

Well I for one feel very confident that Jaime will get it figured out for us. I'm very glad he has posted on this topic and said he will work on it for us. Thanks Jaime!

I also feel confident that if anyone has any "juice" with Dynojet it would be Fuelmoto. If I am not mistaken Fuelmoto is the largest seller of Powercommanders in the USA. Dynojet should realize there is a problem if Fuelmoto says there is.
