Default Cruise control wiring help

I am almost finnished with the bars/switch housing project when I ran into another snag. During the chrome switch housing upgrade I decided to add cruise control. I just installed the C/C toggle switch in the fairing cap next to the acc. switch. The directions say,
plug the orange/violet wire to cavity 4, the red/grn wire to cavity 5, and blk/grn wire to 12. Problem is there is not a terminal 12 in the service manual. On page A-4 of the 08 service manual under figure A-5 (AMP Mulitlock connector, the terminal block on the bottom of the picture has only 4 terminals on the left side of the block, 2 upper and 2 lower. The terminal connector on my bike has 2 extra terminals on the far left, a total of 3 upper and 3 lower, So the picture in the service manual doesnt show a terminal #12, it only goes to 10 terminals. The instruction sheet that came with the cruise control says to use terminal 12, which seems to match how many terminals I have but with no connector picture so I have no idea which terminal are which numbers.

Anybody who has installed cruise control, did you run into this snag and what did you do?

I guess a better question would be, in your service manual under AMP MULTILOCK CONNECTOR, does the large connector in the picture show 10 terminals total or twelve? If 12, can you please tell me what the number terminals are?

I have a feeling because my bike was a very early 08 that it might be why it doesnt match the service manual. Maybe they used a 07 plug on mine.

I looked at my connector under a magnifying glass and realized the terminals are numbered right on the plug itself. Guess I really do need better glasses. Sorry for the wasted post
