New Bike 09 SG WOOOOOOOOOOOO
I finally got my new SG last Friday... a world of difference between my 02 RK Classic and this one. I love my RK but I really love the SG. I only got to put about 200 miles on it due to weather and family commitments, we were on vacation in Kentucky I had to be nice. I almost feel like I'm cheating on my RK, my wife says Sally(RK) is just yesterdays news. The SG is vivid black, I added the custom auxiliary lighting, switched out the seat to the Sundowner deep bucket, added the 4 point docking system, a black sissy bar and the large smooth backrest. I'll try and get some pictures this weekend. Do I need to change my name to 02RKC/09SG?

I just went from an '02 RKC to a new '09 Road Glide. I love my Road King, but the new Road Glide is one awsome bike for the long rides. As predicted, the new bike is black, too. Harley did well with these new tour bikes.

Congradulations on the new scooter, I also have a 2009 Vivid black streetglide and love it. I was wondering what you think of the sundowner seat. For me the stock seat is to soft, I am coming from a 2001 softail standard with a badlander seat which is quite hard. The stock SG seat is just way to soft for me, everyone likes the sundowner but is it a little harded and bigger that the stock seat of just bigger and just as soft as stock. I have ridden the classic and the seat is a little better but too big. Thanks and again enjoy the scooter, I also feel like I am cheating on the softail when I go out to the garage and jump on the glide.

Congrats on the bike. I went to dealer to check on the one we got...should be a few more days. Still waiting on a painted inner fairing.
