as opposed to spending the extra money on the license plate bracket and extra lights i would hook up the rack, and run a lead from running light kit already on my bike to my tourpak.. that would turn the tourpak lights into running lights/brake lights, and turn signals. My buddy did that and it only cost a few bucks for 1 wire to run from under your seat up into the toupak to hook up the rear lights -- looks sharp...
that doesnt solve hiding the license plate... but do you think you would get pulled over for a partially blocked license plate? maybe in some places, but i would risk it

I guess you got the license plate bracket with lights to go with it? Otherwise I guess a cooler or whatever would cover up the brake lights, turn signals and maybe even the license plate. Looks good, and no hitch required. Let me know how you like it and how hard it was to wire up the plate holder with the lights (if you got it).
