70032-09 which was mentioned earlier is the extra kit you need that relocates the CB antenna and has the wiring connector to make the lights on the tour pack easy to disconnect.
So you need 53246-09A and 70032-09 and together you can make your 2009 Ultra tour pack detachable.

If you just bought the Kit to relocate the antennas, could you simply unbolt the Tourpack and not use a detach kit? I guess what i'm asking, is if I wanted to remove the tour pak and not use the detach hardware (Like I was going to perminatly remove it) But wanted the Radio and CB antennas, lic plate bracket etc. Is there a kit that would do that?
Everette, below is the part that the dealer ordered for me when I had it put on at the time of purchase. 09' Ultra The kit below is new for 09's.
53246-09 Kit, Tour-Pak Detach, FLH $549.59 ( this comes with everything you need, including AM/FM antenna relocation hardware)
They do not make a relocation kit for the CB yet that I am aware of. If you find differently let me know.
Keep in mind that this "kit" is really for the Classic only and not the Ultra. From what I understand some dealers may not install it for you because of this. Mine did, so that just means you need to find the right dealer.
Hope this helps.

$549.59 to relocate a Tour -Pack!!. [SIZE="4"]YIKES!!...I think I did it on my 05 Classic for about $250...just get a dummy short rubber Antenna to screw on the Pack, and use an inner fairing hidden one...don't forget you need to get a "lay-down" license plate bracket for the whole thing to work..
