Default Speed Bleeder Technique?

I'm going to install a set of speed bleeders on my RK Custom tomorrow and was wondering how to do the front brakes, both bleeders open at the same time or one at a time? Whats the best way if any. Thanks.

Here comes the magical part. Slowly pump the brake pedal approximately 4-5 times. (You do not have to close the bleeder screw between pumps.) A one way check valve lets the air and fluid out when the pedal is pressed and closes between pumps preventing new air from reentering the system between pumps.

After bubble-free fluid comes out of the Speed BleederŽ screw, close the Speed BleederŽ until it seats.

Proceed to the next wheel cylinder or caliper until all are bled.

Got that off their site. Gonna bleed mine tomorrow, had the bleeders on for a while but can't remember how I did it last time.

Any advice on replacing the old bleeder valve? Do I need to open the brake reservoir or leave it close while replacing the speed bleeder?

I just put a speedbleeder on my rear caliper. No need to remove master cover. Unscrew old valve, clean threads up, screw in new valve. The last little bit will turn a little hard because of the threadlocker that comes on it. You got to make sure it seats or it will leak. Once seated, hook up hose and bag, remove master cover and bleed, making sure you keep fluid in master. No air bubbles, tighten bleeder valve, add needed fluid to master and replace cover. It really is a piece of cake.

leave the brake reservoir closed while changing over, keeping the lid on keeps a bit of a vacuum in the lines and the brake fluid won't flow out as fast while you change the bleeders. When you bleed the lines you will be getting any air out.
