Hi All,

Who has has experience with these? any feed back would be appreciated, I am looking to replace my rear shocks and want to be able to slam/adjust my bike.

i put an arnott system on over the winter and love it. sooooo much better than the stock shocks. i actually run them at about 40psi when riding and they handle anything i've thrown at them. from full ride height to slammed is about 3" of drop. hope you can tell from the pics. first pic is all the way up and second is slammed, look at the back tire. also changed the fronts to race-tech springs with SE heavy oil. for a big bike like a streetglide mine handles very well now. keep up with a friend who has a v-rod night special in the corners easily. whatever system you decide on get a pressure gauge you can mount somewhere so when you do drop it you can get back to your "sweet spot" pressure for riding.

hope this helps some,

Buddy has a Arnott system forget the model type but is not the economical model is the one that gives you 13 postions of adjustments and pressures cost him about a grand but man is it sweet hoping to hit the Lotto so can buy one ...

seem like the ones i have seen, go down a little lower, there was a write up in the latest (june) hot bagger mag. had a different brand... i have heard nothing but good things about the arnott... but i would want the bottom of the pipe to go to the bottom of the rim... which i am assuming they have a kit for that, with my bags i thought it would look sweet and give me the option to zip it right back up before i take off...

Arnott is a great system. Had one on my 09 UC for about 6 months. Other riders love it when you drop it. Like said before get the switch for the handlebars and a pressure guage. I bought the 1inch guage and made a custom mounting plate for switch and guage for the handlebars. I bought the 13 in shocks so that if they ever failed I could still ride home without rubbing the back tire. I could of used the 12 in also but did not want to take the chance if there ever was a failure. I can lower mine when I need to back up or get better traction with my feet. Can ride slammed or raised or anywhere between. Cost is about $600 and put it on youself. Took 2 hours the first time. I could do one now in about 45 min. System is great

I have nothing but good things to say about mine. ride is better and the adjustability is great, plus the cool factor is off the charts.

I talked to them and they said I need to do the 13" cause I have an 18" rear.
