Not sure about "BUB" brand tips but Eastern Performance sells EPC Chrome tips for Rineharts. Might want to check with them to see if the tips are the same for the True Dual mufflers and the regular slip-on's.
I went through BUB and pais 80.00 a piece for the chrome tips. Stupid me thought it was for the pair. Parts guy didn't say anything till it was time to pick them up. And the chrome SUCKS, peels after about 10-15K. I went back to the black ones and they are don't even know what color you would call them.
Yes the black ones do turn a shade of purple, sort of like a light black/purple chrome. They look really good when new and "black" but not so hot when they get "worked in". Cheapest ive seen em was at the Indy for $90.
If they turn purple, they will replace them for FREE, they arn't suppose to turm colors. They had a bad batch come out, leaning towards the procedure when in production wasn't done correctly. I called Eastern Performance when mine turned purple (that's where I bought mine) they gave me the number to call and it was a done deal, quick and easy. They will send you free replacements, you have I think 30 days to send them back your old ones.

Do you happen to have that number to call? Mine look like easter eggs.
