Default Stereo question

First let me say that im not a stereo guy and that I have gotten alot of good advice so far from you guys already on trying to plan out my project so that I only have to pay for it once. So Im pretty convinced to use the alpine pdx amp as it comes highly reccommended. Also hear maybe to use two of the mini arc amps one in the fairing and one in the bags for the 6x9 and hook up to aux switch. That way you could turn the rear one off when you want and still have the fairing ones working. I dont know why I would every want to turn my speakers in the bags off . So any advice on which set up would sound better? I just want my system to sound good
So 1 big amp or 2 little ones?

I have my own personal bike set up with 6-1/2's and an amp in the fairing, and 6x9's in the bags on there own amp and those are remotely turned on by my "aux" switch. The reason being is you CANNOT hear the back ones rolling down the road at ALL, and it draws way more on your charging system to run it like that. If you make the back ones shut off when you are out on the highway or running down the road, you can flip the switch when you get back into town or to the parking lot for the real party to begin! It's awesome because people turn around to see where the music is coming from a block down the street!
