1" tweeters-what do I really need
I have an 07 EGStandard with factory HK radio and speakers. I am looking to move my fuel and voltage gauges to the lower spaces and add 1 inch tweeters in their place. I am not sure what kind of package I need to look for, but I have seen some posts after doing a search and I am confused. If someone out there has done this, please advise.
Can I use any speakers or can someone recommend something that they have used with success?

Look for GTS Design's threads. He did an install where he put the tweeters in the gauge spaces. He might be able to give you some pointers. Most installs I have seen have been surface mount installs, which are pretty straight forward. That is what I ended up doing for my SG.
