Front Brake Stiff
Thought I try post over here as this Thread gets more traffic.
I'm Completely Stumped-!!
Ok Working on a friends 98 FLTRI (Road King). Duo Front brake,
cleaned out brake system,
New washers on banjo bolts,
Replaced the Caliper seals and inspected the pistons,
rebuild the Master,
Checked the rotors for warp-age (none),
Bled the brakes
Lever stiff (only about 1/8-1/4 inch movement before grab)
Master cylinder not showing that the fluid is flowing back into it.
The Calipers are releasing from rotor.
Double and triple checked to make sure all seals and rebuilt Master
where correct.
Anybody got any Ideas what it might be or had this problem. Before I tear it completely apart for a fourth time.

I Found the problem. I Had to replace the Master Cylinder the inside walls were out of round(had a low spot on one side). wouldn't let the brake back bleed in to the cylinder. On duals bleed the brake that's furthest from the Master first, I Use a A brake bleeder and also do it manual(Old habits hard to ). Been Busy forgot to answer the thread , well stuff happens.
