Default service manual question

I just went to the dealer and purchased a manual for the 2009 touring bikes. I just got home to look at it and they gave me a 2007 touring book. I checked the harley site and the first base part number is the same, it is just the last two digits(which is the year) are different. Is there any reason to return it or is the 07 book sufficient. I know that they didn't change much except frame wise.

More has changed than the frame !
Get the 09 book that you paid for.

Lets see...different frame, different tank, ABS brakes, wide rear tire...Yep...too much has changed for you to even try using the wrong book...go get the right one.

Yep, the brakes alone are very different.

A lot of years start with the same number followed by the 2 digit year. Take it back and get the right one.

I will return it and get the 09. I know more has changed, I didn't know they tweaked everything, though. Well, glad I asked! Thanks!

return it. hopefully you didn't muck it up,but return it cause there are many changes from the 07 to the 09. you paid for the 09 book, don't settle for anything less. do it.
