In Europe, where motorcycles ride on the opposite side of the rode...how do bikers do the biker-wave?
If you drop the right hand...you lose the throttle.
If you drop the left hand....would anybody see it?

Quite right response about EU in general and only UK driving on the "correct" side of the road (we did it first and for good reason but that is by the by).
"Waving" is obviously not as straightforward in our case, so the general courtesy I tend to extend is as follows:
To all motorcyclists it is a fairly slow and deliberate dip and tilt to the right of the helmet
To other harleys and if appropriate / safe I tend to do what could best be described as a left handed salute, as with an Ultra and all that clutter up front you need to get your action up to a decent height

Cracks me up.
