Dang, doode. Ten bucks from the dealer? How much are you trying to save? Go on over to Glendale HD and get one. Or go through McMaster-Carr's catalog until you find something you like better.
The seal (or gasket as HD calls it) is PN 53415-83 or 53415-83A for my 2000 FLHTC. I bought one and paid about $12. I checked Zanotti's and Chicago but they didn't list it, but google shows Biker Bobs has one for $9.50. Don't know if this is pn for your newer bike tho as they changed the tourpak. Get the part number, or better yet, just ask Glendale to tell you which HD dealer has it in stock. Someone will. They only have to look on their database and see who has it in stock. It won't be $40!
Good luck.

Well, for $40, I'd be looking around too. Ten bucks, just order it. Beware, though, that BikerBob's might list something but not have it or not be able to get it. On new stuff, that probably doesn't happen, but I couldn't get some older parts that the web page let me order.
I bought some foam seal for my saddle bag lids from Mcmaster.com. I don't remember the exact dimensions, but they have good stuff there. Just get some black weather stripping adhesive to put it on with, even if it has adhesive on it already. It helps.
