anyone know what the gas mileage is on the 3.37?

My bike came with 3:37's in it. I get in the low 40's on the interstate. It does that now with the 26G cams and did it before with the stockers.

I wondered what would possess a man to stick that stuff all over his bike. Now I know........Kinda like the NOS stickers the ricer kids stick on their econoboxes to make 'em more sporty.

3.37 gearing will raise your rpm at 60mph from about 2500
to 2700. Doesn't sound like much but you will notice better
acceleration. Mileage won't change much.

I have 3.37 gearing in my 95" 04 RK CUSTOM

I love the gearing(I see no disadvantage to it whatever)& had it in my last bike also(a 95" Heritage). I get mid forties for gas mileage on the road & the performance difference from the stock 3.15 gearing is very noticeable.

You will get better mileage believe it or not. The bike won't be lugging and the rev increase is nominal.
