94 Ultra windshield replacement help!

If you have the stock windshield... it has 5 thru bolts, Im sure you know that...but it also has two more ( one per side) inside the fairing w/ small black acorn nuts on the screws. The two screws mount the two "tabs" coming off the windshield. Most after market windshield suppliers do not use these tabs on their windshields, just the 5 on top.

It's been a while since I done one of the older Ultras, but it's no big deal. They have seven screws. Five you can see, and two on both sides of the windshield that ya can't see. I don't remember if ya have to loosen more than the five in front of the windshield, or loosen the whole outer fairing, but it's really no problem to change one! You can do the job!
