2008 vs 2009 SG help with buying

I am looking at buying a SG and have two options a 2008 with 1000 miles for 16999 or a 2009 for 18999. I would like the opinion of those who own both as to whether the 09 is worth the extra money. I know there were several changes and want a real opinion from riders.

i think id go with the 09 but can you wait till the 2010's come out ? not that you need one but the price on the 09 may go down even more

2009 for sure, but as the post above mentions, we're only a month away from the 2010's announcements. Might pay to wait. Who makes the pipes on Your Fat Bob?

yep, when the 10's come out, they're gonna be selling the hell out of the remaining 09's to have showroom for the 10's. be patient, it's only a few weeks away.
