Hog tunes amp install-no power

Any ideas on what I may have missed?Spent a couple of hours yesterday installing Hog tunes speakers\amp on my '09 SG. Watched the HT video and followed written manual to the T. Can't get the amp to power up. There is a small status lamp on one side and it won't light up. I reinstalled the wiring harness 3 times and still no luck. There is a fuse in the amp head but I can't figure out how to get it out to check it. Bought this brand new from Dr VTwin.

ensure your batter connection is good. I had to reattatch the ground wire. also make sure your cig lighter fuse is good.

Check your fuse BUT the most likely culprit is a ground and obviously check battery connections.

Thanks. The lighter is hot and I connected-disconnected the ground to battery wire 3 times. That leaves the fuse. Next step is contact HT I guess.

hi i installed same amp and speaker set up a month ago in along with the there tweeter set up.i bought this from eastern performance and had questions.i called pez at hog tunes.turns out they had a few of these get out with the wrong harnesses.he sent me the correct harness over nite and they sound great.give them a caal great people to work with ive installed several sets.
