Single brake setup with Brembo?

Single brake setup with Brembo?
I'm trying to help a friend who wants to go with custom wheels on his 08 Roadking. He wants to go with a single rotor to show off the wheel.
What front end would work on a 08 road king for a single brake setup? Fatboy maybe?
And would it make sense to use a master cylinder setup for single disc versus plugging the hold for the right caliper on the distribution block?
I ride an 07, so I don't deal with the brembos yet, so am curious from anyone else who has gone single disc on a brembo braked bagger.

I'm running a brembo single side on my 06 street glide. Shaved the caliper bracket off the right side, and had the lower legs chromed. Used a single disc master cylinder, and ran a new stainless line. Works great.

Did you just run one brake line off your standard master cylinder down to the caliper?
We may do just that.
