I just put one on yesterday seems to work well but not enough time in the seat yet. I will check back after the weekend and let you know. You can tell it seems to lift the air up a lot more than the other 6" shield I was running. I didn't know they were offering any kind of discount for HD forum members or that combo buy they have going or I would of ordered 2 6" for summer and 8" for winter. By the way the fit and finish it top notch.
This was the first mod I did on my new 09 Street Glide.
Ordered one after another member here talked well about the shield and the service received from LRS.
Purchased a 6" dark to replace the OEM 4" shield. Fit and finish are perfect. Went on in less than 5 minuets. Big improvement over the stock shield. Since this is the only 6" shield I've owned I can not comment on how it compares to others.
I will say this though I am thinking of getting an 8" for the colder weather also and when I get the money together I will definitely be buying for LRS again due to the quaity of their product and just as importantly the quality of their customer service.
