50 year old picture
Here's my dads harley 50 years ago, can anyone guess what model it is??
I was 3 and that's my sis peeking around the corner..

1955 Hydraglide? Have no idea really. Just guessing. Anyone else have a Antique Harley with pics? Or just pics from the generations past in your family? I posted this several months back.

Looking at the tank emblems, I believe it's a 1952, 53 or 54. hard to tell from the faded pic. There are a lot of good publications on the market with great pictures that will help identify old iron.

looks pretty close to a '51 FL the way the tool box mounts differs on later years.

It's a 1949 FL HydraGlide...
Think I remember dad saying he paid 7 or 8 hundred for it.[:-]
He used to ride to my Grandparents in West Texas when the steel plant
went on strike.
Sure miss him,..
Hope he see's me on my EG, and maybe hops on for a ride now and then...
