Last week a guy on a bike (non harley) was circling my street as I was sitting outside. As he pulled a u turn right in front of my house I noticed a cell phone hanging out the bottom of his 3/4 helmet and he was talking on it. The gene pool will sort itself out for sure.

Well what I saw a few years ago in Wildwood takes the cake. We were at a red light and a guy riding by in cross traffic was holding a phone with one hand and either dialing or texting with the other. Do the math. How many hands were on the bars.

GPS and Cell phones have no place on a bike. That is until you stop and get off.......

Totally agree!!! I have been considering a GPS unit and am looking at a non-motorcycle unit that I could jsut keep in my tour pack "just in case" I need to find a gas station or something.

No cell phone here...always in the tour pak...GPS is another story, I use it on long trips mainly to find lodging and fuel as needed or if I purposely get lost and need to find my way home.

My GPS has bluetooth, but I don't use it to answer or make calls. It lets me know I have a call, and I can pull off and stop to attend to it (or not).

Talking on a hand-held phone while riding = evolution in action. It's just a matter of time.

That is the crap I'm getting away from when riding. Phone in tour pak! Only for needed calls...(WHEN STOPPED) NO CALLS RECIEVED WHEN RIDING!!!!!
Took work a while to figure this one out. Now they know not to call when I am riding.
