Default Broken screw on derby cover

How to extract same without damaging clutch assembly its the top screw so there is no leakage issues but i was wondering what to use

Vise grips if there's enough to grab onto. Easy-out or left handed drill bit, if there isn't.

If somewhat of a head, dremel a slot and screwdrive it out. Otherwise, drill and ez-out it out.

Well 1 issue there is no head its broken off i brought it to the dealer because its only 6 weeks old initaially they told me couple days now thats turned into 3 weeks so i am going to pick it up from them sunday if they dont have it done and get a pro grabit set and try to extract it anybody have sucess with broken off heads?

If Harley has used their famious yellow goo (Loctite),I would try heating it up and using a grab device or vise-grips.A soldering iron works well with a little patience and without any damage.

You can try a allen. I have had luck doing this. The problem (mostly) is the torx and allen screws they use is very shallow-button head-which can cause the driver to slip because it does not lock well. Their soft too.
