Some one posted recently that the Dunlop tires were made in India and various other countries. I email Dunlop and asked where the Elite 3 was manufactured. I stressed "manufactured", not distributed. Here is their response:
"Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your Dunlop motorcycle
tire question. The Dunlop Elite 3 tire model is manufactured in Buffalo,
NY, USA."
Whoever said they were made in India from probably some spammer wanting to stir the Pot ... By the way have rode on almost every major tire made for 2 wheels and None beat the Elite 3 IMHO
Are the Elite 3's a radial or a bias tire? I have heard both, too lazy to do the research.
I have heard raving reviews on the handling, how does the wear compapre to the stock dunlops? I have been running Michelin commanders for the last 15,000 miles. Getting new tires soon. Any comparison to the commanders?
