I also have a 2004 RK. It takes 52 oz to reach the bottom of the diaphragm spring in the primary with the bike level.

The manual says 32 oz, but I can't even see that oil level thru the derby cover. I'm worried about my clutch getting enough oil. Is there something different about the 2004 RK primary that causes it to take more fluid?
