There is not an easy answer to an open question like this. There are some things we can each do to increase performance by bolting bits on the motor ourselves. They don't cost a lot of money, but the improvements are limited.

Then there are tuning improvements a specialist like Hillside can do, which cost more, because we pay them to do work for us, but can give truly impressive improvements, because they are adding their knowledge and expertise which we mere mortals do not have.

Personally I chose a new motor as a compromise. I reckon turbos and superchargers are very expensive for what they do and I prefer the simple looks of a normal motor.

Money is not the issue...hell, you should have said that to start with..lol! For my .02 I'd go with G2 Motorsports 126". I'd love to ride one of these monsters just once!

Hell make it a 210", the 650 suzukis will spank it anyway. It'll do plenty of bangin for the bucks every time you tear it down to rebuild it.

Leave it stock if you want reliability or, get another bike if you want to go fast. Harleys arent fast and never have been no matter how big you build em.
