well it got here. and the wife signed for it...didn't tell her i ordered a 700.00 seat...even though i went thru chicago hd for 500 +. all i can say is wow. what a big *** seat, for my big *** i guess. this thing is huge, but comfortable as hell. going to ark next week with 5 friends so i thought i would like to avoid "the burn". ridin' from houston to the state line is about 300 miles + then on to hot springs the first night. rode around a bit today and now windshield needs to be a little higher...it never ends. also, i am 6'1" and now my feet barely touch the ground. oh well...ride safe.
Congrats on the new couch ! Let us (me) know what you think about that Zepplin when you get back from your trip. I tried to get one when We bought our Ultra.... by now We all know about the "New Frame" thing. I noticed that H-D changed the bladder arrangement for this new version.
Cool. Thanks for posting the photos. I was thinking about getting one of those but you are right - IT'S HUGE! I think I'll just stay with my Airhawk pad for now.
I've read where some people love that seat on long trips, but don't like it when they're riding 'round town -- too floaty or your butt moves around too much. Curious about that.
