Default Help please-no start after changing ignition module

What a long weekend. 700.00 from the dealer seems like a deal on putting new bars on the bike this weekend. Got everything back together but managed to crack the ignition switch. Got a new one and everything works but the bike will crank but not fire. I screwed around to get the ignition switch to line up without the special ignition alignment tool but it wont turn over. I thought low voltage, it is only cranking at 10V. Got it on the battery tender to juice up but It was on the tender all night. 5 mins of cranking (off and on over 1/2 hour should not drain that much...) all fuses are good, got the headlight fuse to save cranking power drain. I am stuck. Thought it might be a wire in the new wire extensions but it is trying to crank, just wont catch. Any ideas??

check the kill switch on right handlebar, if you messed with wiring it`s a likely culprit

Thanks for the replies, I threw in the towel and called the dealer to pick up the bike. I'll bet it is a pinched wire but did not have the energy to pull everything off and start the wire project over. Will post back what the findings are
