No, there isn't one on the front shifter pivot.
The floor was clean when I started this project.
I have a Corbin solo seat on the bike and it locks with the post up near the front of the seat.
The axel clip is a bit bigger and I have that on already.
It would have to have something to do with the clutch basket that was removed in one piece, inside the Baker DD6 tranny clutch cover, the final pulley drive or the starter.
I have the inside circlip for the clutch basket in a separate pan.

Ok, disregard. It was the axel circlip. I thought it was on the axel, but I took it back off to adjust the rear wheel after I closed the tranny up last night and laid it on the floor. Somehow, it got moved over to the primary side of the bike where I found it.
Sorry for the unneccesary efforts guys.

That was going to be my guess.

Adam I didn't get around to reading all the post. But in fact it did turn out to be the c-clip post #12. Which he found out before I gave my response. I will have to read all post now to make sure not only am I right, but also to make sure the question has not been already found out before I respond

Thanks guys. I should have asked a mod to lock this so nobody is going to any extent to find the answer.
I'll ask them to do it now.
